Report content
Effective 26 October 2026
If something on GTAVI.RIP is illegal, breaks our Community Guidelines, or uses your footage or personal information without permission, tell us. A person reviews every report.
How to report
Email legal@gtavi.rip with the subject “Report” and include:
- The exact link to the content (for example
https://gtavi.rip/rip/…orhttps://gtavi.rip/predictions/…), or the report ID shown on it. - What's wrong: which rule or law you believe it breaks, and why. The more specific, the faster we can act.
- Your name and email address, so we can confirm receipt and tell you what we decided. You don't need to give your name for reports of child sexual abuse material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the report carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how you can challenge it. The person who posted the content isn't told who reported it, except where the law requires it (for example in some copyright claims where you agree to it).
Your footage or other copyright
If someone posted footage you recorded, or other work you own, include in your report: the original (a link or a description), proof you are the owner or are acting for them, and the link to the copy on GTAVI.RIP. We'll remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Your personal information
If content shows your name, face, address or other information about you, tell us and we'll remove it. For requests about the data we hold on you (copy, correction, deletion), see the Privacy Policy.
Urgent or dangerous situations
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reports about child sexual abuse material, threats to life, or terrorism are handled first, and we notify the authorities where the law requires it.
Authorities
Orders and requests from authorities, and contact from the European Commission or Digital Services Coordinators under the Digital Services Act, go to legal@gtavi.rip (English or Croatian).
Misusing reports
Please only report in good faith. If someone repeatedly sends clearly unfounded reports, we may stop processing their reports for a period, after a warning.
